Integration
We believe that an effective integration strategy must go beyond the provision of common minimum legal standards and information sharing. Instead, it should utilize unique levers to promote integration. Therefore, we design targeted and tailored support mechanisms for each migrant group, helping them make the best use of their skills in their new lives and jobs.
The project begins with a thorough assessment of each refugee's background, skills, and aspirations. This assessment helps identify specific areas where support is needed, such as language acquisition, education, vocational training, employment, housing, and social integration. Based on the assessment, a customized integration plan is developed for each refugee group, considering their individual goals, available resources, and opportunities in the host community. This plan may include a combination of language classes, vocational training programs, mentorship opportunities, access to healthcare services, and assistance in finding suitable employment or educational opportunities.
